Since 2015, the Fesporrat has become an essential event in the festive calendar of Altea, a festival that every year celebrates music in Valencian and highlights the local identity and culture.
In this new edition, after the lively Correbars, the party will continue in the concert area, located in the Basseta car park (Camí de l'Algar). Admission will be free and the line-up promises an evening full of rhythm and energy with performances by Makedat Records, Cabrafotuda, Naina and Figa Flawas.
The Fesporrat is committed to inclusion and accessibility, offering a Music For All point with the loan of adapted material and personalized assistance for people with different needs. In addition, an accessibility audit will be carried out that will review access, mobility and services, ensuring that each attendee can enjoy the music on equal terms.
Thanks to the collaboration between the Altea City Council and the Music For All Foundation, the Fesporrat reinforces its character as an open and participatory cultural space, where music is lived as a universal experience that unites everyone.
The City Council of Altea announces that the proclamation of the 2025 Major Festivities will have, for the first time, an interpreter in Spanish Sign Language (LSE), thus reaffirming its commitment to accessibility and inclusion in all festive events.
With this initiative, it is guaranteed that deaf or hard of hearing people can fully enjoy the message of the proclamation, one of the most emblematic and anticipated moments of the celebrations.
The measure is part of the actions promoted by the consistory to make the Altean festivities an open, participatory and barrier-free space, in which all residents and visitors live the experience on equal terms.
